Love is a one word

floating in the air

and still in our minds.

still in our toes

our fingers

our hair

our heart

our back

our face

it burns

each day

to hear the same word in ones head

As it follows us

like a stranger

pownding, pelting, thrashing...

but all ends the same

bruised and battered

cold at heart

only love can tear two apart

away from a world like magic

swish and flick and each of them are gone

away from each other

were it was only one word
